COVID-19 Advisory: Your Safety is Our Priority

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented several measures to ensure a safe and enjoyable concert experience for all attendees.

Vaccination Status: We strongly encourage all concert attendees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before attending the event. Vaccination significantly reduces the risk of severe illness and helps protect everyone in the concert community.

Mask Requirement: In accordance with current health guidelines, masks are mandatory for all concert attendees, regardless of vaccination status. Please bring and wear a well-fitted mask throughout the event, except when actively eating or drinking.

Health Screening: Prior to attending the concert, we urge you to self-assess your health condition. If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms such as fever, cough, or difficulty breathing, we kindly request that you refrain from attending the event and seek medical advice.

Terms of Ticket Sales

• Once sold, tickets are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable unless the Singapore government mandates the closure of events in Singapore. All information given is correct at the time of publishing, but is subject to change without prior notice. The Promoter reserves all rights to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice, and, in the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final.

Conditions of Entry

• Admission is subject to valid tickets produced at the entrance.

General

• Doors open 30 min before show commences, please ensure you arrive at the venue early;
• Patrons are required to follow all house rules and regulations set out by the venue. The House Rules are displayed within the venue premises;
• More information on the prevailing COVID-19 phase advisory can be viewed on the Ministry of Health’s website.

1. To enter the concert venue, every concert-goer MUST present a valid e-ticket with QR code for validation, including children.

2. Each ticket allows admission for one (01) person and is applicable across all ages including children.

3. Please refrain from posting your e-ticket(s) online or share it with others to prevent forgery.

4. Other terms and conditions apply.

Admission Policy:

1. Wearing mask throughout at the venue is advisable.

2. Ticketholder may be subject to body/bag checks upon entering the venue.

3. Strictly NO photography, video or audio recording of any kind is permitted during the show.

4. It is forbidden to take into the venue any kind of weapon, sharp objects, explosive, toxic, flammable, and radioactive materials, narcotics and psychotropic substances, food and beverage, or items that may cause disturbance to the regular and orderly execution of the Event.

5. Entry to the event may be refused if the authenticity or validity of a ticket is questionable, including if the ticket has been damaged or defaced in any way, or has not been purchased from Organizer/BookMyShow or authorized points of sale by the Organizer.

6. By entering the Event, you agree to accept and abide by any venue rules or other regulations. Organizer and/or venue may at our sole discretion reserve the right to refuse admittance or exclude any attendees who does not respect the above said rules as well as behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Late Admission Rules:

Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance.

_{Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of the Organizer/ticket provider, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction or other unauthorized resale sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes(including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the ticketholder may be refused admission.}
