Collection Instructions

You are required to present the following items for verification upon collection:

1. Clear print out of this email confirmation.

2. Any photo identification card that bears the credit card holder’s name such as NRIC, Passport or Driver's license

3. Credit card used for the purchase.

The credit card holder must be present to collect the tickets personally. If credit card holder is unavailable, please write in to us through our Contact Us page at https://www.singaporegp.sg/en/contact-us to make arrangements for an Authorised Representative to collect the tickets on your behalf.
